Step 1: Visit BAF and Submit Your Application
Actions
1.1 Download the Form from FTIP or the website of BAF.
1.2 Fill out the Application carefully with all required details such as name of the animal species, Country of Origin and Quantity.
1.3 Visit BAF office and submit the completed Form.
1.4 BAF Verifies the Application Form.
1.5 If the application is rejected, you will be notified via email along with reasons for rejection.

1.6 If the application is approved, you will be notified with an invoice.
Note: New products/ Application goes through assessment by BAF’s Technical Team
