1.1 Visit the Registrar of Companies online portal to create an account using the online registration form or this direct link 

1.2 You will be required to verify your E-Profile by visiting your nearest Birth, Death and Marriage or Registrar of Companies Office.

1.3 After verification, you will be provided with a Username and Password to sign into your E-Profile. Change the system-generated password to a unique password.

1.4 Register your Entity through your E-Profile account. Ensure you have checked off 'Assign ROC Pass'. An ROC staff member will approve your application within 20-30 minutes.

1.5. You will receive a ROC Pass set-up link in your email. Click on the link provided in the email to finish setting up your ROC pass

Note: E-profile accounts are available to Fiji-born citizens, as they are linked to the individual's Birth Registration Number. Foreign investors and non-citizen residents in Fiji can register by visiting the Registrar of Companies (ROC) office or any nearby Births, Deaths, and Marriages (BDM) office.
