1.1 Download the Form from FTIP or the website of the Ministry of Fisheries
1.2 Fill out the Application carefully and attach all the required details

Required Documents
- Export and import application (Application form (Schedule 6G)
For each consignment, the export permit application should include the following information:
- Consignment size;
- Market designation/destination;
- Company TIN number;
- Date of export;
- HACCP Certificate;
- Satisfy the importing countries' requirements
Exporting tuna to International Markets such as the US, Japan, Australia, Canada, EU markets, NZ, China, Taiwan, and Thailand, the exporter should adopt the following food safety systems
- HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) System
- Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP)
- Good Manufacturing Practices Plan (GMPP)
- Marine Stewardship Council (MSC)
Other fisheries commodities
- Company details;
- Product details (species, farmed or wild-caught for aquaculture species, final product, and storage form);
- Consignment size;
- Frequency of export;
- Details of harvest areas and suppliers.
- Market designation/destination;
- Contract agreements between the exporter and the processor and /or supplier, etc.
- If a new applicant/business venture, a Business Plan is required.
