Actions

2.1 Overseas buyer issues a purchase order to a local company in Fiji, indicating an intention to buy timber or forest products.

2.2 Log in to the FLS portal using your username and password

2.3 The applicant needs to complete the application online through the Ministry of Forestry's official website https://www.fls.gov.fj/auth/login, following the instructions

2.4 Attach the necessary documents as required (ZIP file only)

Documents required for Export Application 

  1. Export Application form
  2. Copy of Purchase Order from overseas buyer
  3. Packing list
  4. Company invoice
  5. Business Registration (only for first-time exporters)
  6. Business TIN Letter (only for first-time exporters)
  7. Tax Compliance Certificate
  8. FNPF Compliance Certificate with the Fiji National Provident Fund
  9. Cites Permit (if native species)
